BlackFin is pleased to announce the upcoming appointment of Serge Ragozin as Operating Partner of BlackFin Capital Partners and as director of Applicam, Moneo ayment Solutions and SFPMEI (Société Financière du Porte-Monnaie Electronique Interbancaire). Serge Ragozin indicates : “I am glad to join a brilliant and ambitious team in order to make the most of my experience in their conquest strategy of the French payment market”.
This former HEC student started his career in the food industry and then turned to the hotel business, joining the group Concorde ; he then became Managing Director in charge of transverse services in the hotel field for the Accor Group. In 2005, Serge Ragozin was appointed CEO of Accor Services (now Edenred), the worldwide leader of prepaid B2B services, and held this position for five years.
Serge Ragozin’s expertise regarding cards and payment means sectors and his ability to successfully lead ambitious business expansion with high value creation will be key assets for BlackFin development. According to Laurent Bouyoux, president of BlackFin, “the professionalism and acumen of Serge have unanimous support : his arrival in our team reinforces our ambitions.”
The new management will rely on the skills and network of BlackFin’s partners in order to turn Applicam into the absolute partner of local authorities and petroleum etworks for payments and related systems facilitating citizens and customers everyday life.
