Urban Premium launched in 2020 an SCPI investing in COVID-proof commercial real estate.  Urban Premium distributes its SCPIs through banking networks and IFAs.

Agarim offers bare ownership (capitalization) investment products to retail and institutional investors. Agarim was acquired by Groupe CIR in 2019.
