Founded in 2016 as a carve-out from Aberdeen Standard, Fokus AM is an independent full-service real estate investment and asset manager in Denmark serving domestic and foreign institutional investors. Based in Copenhagen, Fokus AM manages a portfolio of more than 110 properties, primarily offices, currently valued at €2.8bn.
Fokus AM employs over 50 full-time employees and is regulated by the Danish FSA.
