Groupe Bacalan (formerly Groupe CIR) is the French leader in structuring investment products based on renovated residential real estate in prime city centers.
The group operates through three business units : CIR (direct yield investments), Agarim (bare ownership investments), and Urban Premium (SCPI, regulated by French AMF). They are all active accross the value chain, from sourcing to structuring of investment products, and distribution through an efficient B2B2C model with over 500 blue-chip IFAs and Banking partners.
The company was founded in 1988, and employs 150 FTEs with two offices in Bordeaux and Paris.
