Aestiam, formerly Foncia Pierre Gestion, is a real estate fund management company established in 1964. Aestiam manages various real estate funds : 5 SCPI funds (“Sociétés Civiles de Placement Immobilier”) and 1 SCI fund (“Société Civile Immobilière”) , with combined assets under management of EUR 1.4bn.
The SCPI are invested in rented corporate real estate assets (e.g. offices, hotels and commercial real estate). Aestiam is responsible for raising funds, acquiring assets, and managing the portfolio of properties of around 500 buildings mainly located in France, on behalf of its SCPI funds. The Company employs c.35 people and is based in Paris.
