Its activities consist of consolidating consumer loans and mortgages for retail clients and refinancing them with banks in order to reduce monthly repayments, typically by extending duration. Finvens was founded in 2000 by Eric Rouaix and is headquartered in Toulouse.
The company has two complementary acquisition channels: online and retail bank networks. Finvens also has strong relationships with specialized credit institutions to refinance loans. As an « Intermédiaire en Opérations de Banque et en Services de Paiement » (“IOBSP”), Finvens is regulated by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (“ACPR”).
